
ABOUT LISA

Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m a movement educator with over a decade of experience teaching yoga. Five years ago I dipped my toe into strength training and haven’t looked back. The benefits were palpable—more energy, less joint pain, and a feeling of physical resilience and empowerment that I had never felt before. This is why it has become my mission to introduce strength training to longtime yoga practitioners like myself. I love sharing the ways in which yoga practice and strength training compliment each other and helping you find ways to make both of these practices a consistent part of your routine. In addition to teaching yoga and strength, I'm in the process of taking prerequisite classes for physical therapy school. I look forward to working with you!
MY TEACHING

My teaching style is warm, clear, and playful. I will always encourage you to meet yourself where you are and focus on process versus the end result.
I teach yoga to share the pure joy that comes from moving and breathing, and to encourage self-reflection. I teach strength training to help you be resilient in your every day life.

In my yoga classes, you can expect thoughtful and challenging sequences with plenty of options to regress and progress postures to suit your needs.

In my mobility and strength classes, you can expect simple but challenging exercises to help you feel more fluid, strong, and steady in your daily movement.
