Simply put, a yoga practice helps us connect with ourselves, and in turn, allows us to more effortlessly and compassionately connect with the world around us. Yoga is not a goal-oriented practice that focuses on striving for perfection, but rather a practice of coming back to one's self again, and again, and again so that we are able to listen to what really matters to us.
